  • 270g Gluten-Free Buckwheat Flour Mix
  • 3g Himalayan Salt
  • 40ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 300ml Lukewarm Water
  • Your Choice of Seasoning (e.g., garlic powder, onion powder, seeds)


  1. Start by mixing the lemon juice, water, and your preferred seasoning thoroughly.
  2. Slowly add in the buckwheat flour mix, combining well.
  3. Knead the dough for 2 minutes, let it rest for 5 minutes, and then knead again, shaping it into a rustic-looking ball. Lightly dust with flour if desired.
  4. Lightly coat the top with coconut oil and allow the dough to rest for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
  5. Bake the bread at 180°C for 50 minutes, then increase the temperature to 200°C (392°F) for the final 20 minutes.
