Paleo Low Carb Chocolate Chip Cookie

50 g Raw Coconut Oil

1-2 tbsp almond or coconut milk

80 g high quality paleo dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry and the wet ingredients (except for the chocolate), then knead them into a dough. Add the bite-size chocolate carefully.
  2. Make nut-size balls, press them between the two palms, then place them on a baking pan, lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake the cookies in a preheated, 180 C oven for 12-15 minutes. First the cookies are soft but after cooling down they become crispy and crunchy.
